All prices are in Canadian dollars. Federal and provincial sales taxes of 12% are extra. Rates already include rental insurance – no additional insurance is required for drivers with a B.C. license. For drivers with a license issued outside the province of British Columbia, the insurance is also included, but there is a flat rate of $159 per day due to the higher cost.

Vehicle Information
- Models: Toyota, Honda, Dodge, and Chrysler minivans
- Toyota Sienna hybrid vans, depending on availability
- Lowered floor, Braun or VMI conversions
- Side-entry ramps (doorways are 29″ wide and at least 55″ high)
- All vehicles are equipped with GPS fleet tracking
- Hand-controls and turning/ transfer seats are available on select vehicles if in stock
- Privacy glass
- Retractable Q’Straint tie downs
- The wheelchair user rides in the front
- Rear bench seats 2-3 additional passengers
- Ample room for either a manual wheelchair or a power wheelchair. The front passenger seats are removed, as pictured above, leaving that space open.
- Snow tires are provided from October to April.
- Wheelchair passengers should have their own chair seat belts and/ or chest straps as the provided tie-downs secure the chair to the van but do not secure users to their chair.
- Wheelchair headrests are also highly recommended.
- Due to provincial regulations, disabled parking placards cannot be issued for rental vans. Please bring your own placard if you have one.
- All vans are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental.
Additional Charges
- Mileage charges: 200 kms per day for free, and $0.30/ km thereafter.
- Vans not returned with a full tank of gas will incur a fill-up fee of $2.50/ litre.
- Airport delivery or pick-up is available for an extra $135 fee, each way. Delivery fees for the Greater Vancouver area or beyond can be arranged on a case by case basis.
- Drivers are also available for hourly/ daily hire.
- Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of $40.
- For the health concerns of renters, all vans are strictly no smoking or shedding pets allowed. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for vans that are returned with soils, pet hairs, and/ or odors.
- Renters are responsible for any parking tickets, tolls, or traffic violations charged to the vehicle while it is in their use.
- Renters are liable for a deductible fee of up to $1000 for any damage to the vehicle, including parking damage or damage to the lowered underside of the vehicle caused by driving on unpaved roads or speeding over bumps.
Other Requirements
- At least 24 hours notice is required for most rental bookings.
- All drivers must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- All rentals require a valid credit card for authorization.
